A millionaire investment banker is said to have punched a woman in the face on Saturday evening, causing her to fall to the ground on a Brooklyn street.

A disturbing video shows the man delivering a right overhand punch to the woman's face in front of a crowd of partygoers celebrating the Brooklyn Pride party in Park Slope.

The woman covered her injured face and collapsed to the ground, just a few meters away from a second, presumably injured person who was lying on the sidewalk.

Social media users identified the attacker in the video, which has been viewed nearly 5 million times, as Jonathan Kaye, a managing director of business services franchise Moelis & Co.

“It has come to our attention that one of our employees was involved in a serious incident in Brooklyn on June 8. We are taking this matter very seriously and are conducting an investigation,” a spokesperson for the New York-based investment bank told the Post.

The company would not confirm whether the employee was Kaye or whether any disciplinary action had been taken against him.

When contacted by The Post, Kaye declined to comment, and the NYPD had no information on the shocking attack.

The video does not show the moments leading up to the brutal crackdown, but instead shows the nervous-looking attacker walking away while wearing a jacket with the back smeared with liquid following the alleged attack.

“She threw everything f***ing at me,” the man, believed to be Kaye, can be heard saying, while onlookers call the attacker an “asshole” and a “terrible human being.”

According to the text above the clip, the attacker broke the woman's nose and “smashed” another person's arm.

According to the company, Kaye has headed the Global Business Services division at Moelis & Co. since 2013. Previously, he worked at Citi Bank as Managing Director of the Global Mergers & Acquisitions Group.

The alleged attacker lives in a posh four-bedroom townhouse in Park Slope worth over four million dollars.

The spacious house is just three blocks from Ginger's Bar, one of the last remaining lesbian bars in Brooklyn.

The attack occurred as thousands flocked to Park Slope on Saturday to celebrate the 28th annual Brooklyn Pride Multicultural Festival, a day-long event that began with a 5K run and ended with a parade down Fifth Avenue.
