Here is a summary of what the reviewers said:

Digital Spy

“Bad Boys: Ride or Die is a bit like Inner Circle's cult song 'Bad Boys' – a familiar tune that we're almost sick of but still have to sing along to. Nevertheless, it's an action-packed, entertaining and playful new chapter in the saga that will win over fans and non-believers alike.”

The Hollywood Reporter

“In the best scene, however, the main characters are merely spectators… The combination of the superbly choreographed violent chaos and the hilarious reactions of Smith and Lawrence gives a taste of what a better Bad Boys movie could have been.”

Empire Magazine

“Unkempt and cluttered, but infectiously good-natured. And frankly, there need to be more movies featuring showdowns in abandoned alligator-themed amusement parks.”

BBC

“The plot is nonsensical, the grenade-dodging stunts are even more nonsensical, and the internal logic is nonexistent… But the film is fun in its own chaotic, grimy, rough and gritty way.”

Financial Times

“Lawrence is still a noisy clown who likes to show off with his butt in the sea breeze. Smith, who settles back into his good-natured duo act and makes plenty of references to the first three films, remains the soulful Smoothie.”

“Bad Boys: Ride or Die” is now in UK cinemas.
