Kevin Bacon and Kyra Sedgwick speak their own language fluently.

The two actors have been married since 1988 and showed how well they know each other in a video they shared in a joint Instagram post on Tuesday, June 4.

In the adorable video, Bacon, 65, followed a recent social media trend by asking his 58-year-old wife about the special terms that only they use. “So we tried the couples dictionary trend and no, the mosquitoes did not tell me the answers,” Sedgwick captioned the post.

By giving Sedgwick “clues to a word we use at least once a week during our marriage,” Unbound The actor laughed as he introduced the game. “What do we do when something overwhelms us and really gets us down?” he asked.

“Could that be a noise?” asked the Born on July 4th actress, which Bacon confirmed. Sedgwick managed to deliver the perfect “Uh?” sound.

Round two was one word “in case you're worried about your hair falling out or you're having a bad hair day,” Bacon proclaimed. “You take a shower and then you look in the mirror and think you have less of something than you did last week.”

“It's a little ditty we like to call 'Hair Anoid,'” Sedgwick replied. “Not paranoid, but 'Hair Anoid.' And it means you're paranoid because your hair doesn't look good.”

Laughing and running her hands through her hair, she added, “We both suffer from this problem!”

Bacon replied, “And tonight it’s real.”

The sweet couple, who have been together for 35 years and share a son, Travis, 34, and daughter, Sosie, 32, have posted many more videos giving insights into their family life, including birthday wishes and dancing for a good cause. A recent example: They prank a sleeping Bacon with a reminder of his grisly on-screen death in the 1980s. Friday the 13th.

Bacon and Sedgwick met in 1987 on the set of Lemon sky and have been working together ever since. They will next be seen in the upcoming film Connection.
