Kevin Harvick criticizes fans' constant complaints about NASCAR's broadcast on Fox.

Kevin Harvick doesn't seem fazed by the negative reaction Fox is receiving online for its NASCAR coverage. The introduction of next-generation cars has made the sport more exciting, with tougher battles and more frequent incidents. This has put networks Fox and NBC in a difficult position as they struggle to cover everything fans want. Fox in particular was heavily criticized for missing crucial moments on the track.

Last year, Fox Sports made headlines by hiring the 2014 NASCAR Cup champion as its new host starting in the 2024 season. The intention behind this move was to improve reporting and make it more engaging and comprehensive. Although the decision had some positive effects, it did not completely silence fans' criticism.

Recently, the future Hall of Famer addressed the criticism on his “Happy Hours” podcast and shared his perspective. Harvick defended Fox by acknowledging that it was impossible to capture every event during a race. He emphasized that they always reported on the most important events on the route.

Additionally, Harvick also addressed the controversy surrounding last week's Martinsville race, where Fox was unable to broadcast the final lap incident involving celebrity drivers. He reminded critics that William Byron, one of the drivers, had won the race, making it a special evening for HMS. So it was fair that they got more airtime.

Harvick's insights shed light on the challenges Fox faces in covering all the action on the track. However, it is critical for the station to listen to fans and use their resources more effectively to provide better NASCAR coverage.
