Cyannaca Jones, Jordan Blair, Te’Ara Alford and Maya Rodgers, Omaha Central: The 400 relay took the season lead with a 49.09 at Benson.

Morgan Sachs, Britt Prince, Ella Ford and Sydney Stodden, Elkhorn North: They ran 4:01.68 in the 1,600 relay at the Waverly Invitational for the state lead,

Kat Beachler, Millard North: At Millard South, her 46-6 in the shot put kept her in the state lead and has her No. 9 nationally.

Madison Smith, Gothenburg: The two-time state-meet gold medalist has a state-leading 155-6 from the Broken Bow meet,

Zaidah Lightener, Papillion-La Vista South: Into a slight wind, she hit 18-11¾ in the long jump at Millard South for the state lead.

Willow Petri, Omaha Marian: She gained the state lead in the triple jump with a 37-8½ at the Kearney Invitational.

Gabi Westfall, Omaha Skutt: Set the school record in the 1,600 at 5:22.45.

Sam Thomas, Elkhorn North: Crashed into the all-time chart in the shot put at No. 6 with his 64-5 from the Waverly Invitational. He sits fifth on the national list this season.

Carter Nelson, Ainsworth: Husker football signee’s 175-1 from the Battle Creek Invitational leads the season chart.

Eli Holt, Norris: Broke the school record in the shot with a mark of 59-½.

Zaire Lagrone-Miller, Kearney: The junior won the 100 at his home meet in 10.58.

Reece Grosserode, Lincoln Pius X: Took second at the Arcadia (California) Invitational with a 48-5.

Rowdy Bauer, Norfolk: Future NU football walk-on long-jumped 23-1½ at the Grand Island Invitational.

Parker Ablott, Hastings: His 6-8 at the Waverly Invitational leads the state in the high jump.

Braxton Smith, Waverly: Last year’s gold medalist in the 400 has the state lead at 48.85 from winning at his school’s meet.

Juan Gonzalez, Fremont: The state record-holder in the 3,200 now also leads the 800 after running 1:55.44 at the Millard South Invitational.

Carson Thurber, Norris: Shot 67 at Ashland Golf Club to win Ashland-Greenwood’s Bob Simpson Classic.
