Def Leppard takes on the viral TikTok trend “Of Course.”

Def Leppard has jumped on the viral TikTok trend “Naturally,” in which people share stereotypes about their profession, race, gender and more.

In one post on Instagram, each band member shares what they believe is an obvious fact about the group. It starts with the bass player Rick Savagewho says: “We are Def Leppard and of course we played with him Taylor Swift, Miley Cyrus And queen.”

The band teamed up with Taylor for a 2008 episode of CMT junctionwhile performing with Miley at the tribute concert for the deceased in September 2022 in Los Angeles Foo fighters drummer Taylor Hawkins and with Queen in 1992 Freddie Mercury Tribute concert in London.

Savage was followed by the guitarist Phil Collen, who said, “Of course we're playing on three continents in one day,” referring to their October 23, 1995 shows in Morocco, England and Canada. drummer Rick Allenwho lost his arm in a car accident in 1985, shared a fact about himself and remarked, “Of course, as a guitarist, I play drums with my feet.” Vivian Campbell added a comment about their longevity, sharing, “Of course we're your mom's favorite band.”

Def Leppard's frontman, Joe Elliott, concludes the video with the comment: “We are Def Leppard, of course we are playing stadiums this summer. All summer long.”
